Philosophy

Knowledge of the law is available to anyone with access to law books. But a true understanding of criminal defense can only come from hard-earned experience. At Raymond V. Giudice, PC, I have been practicing law for over 25 years and have experience from both sides of the case — I started my career as a prosecutor. I know how they will try to build a case against you, and I know how to tear it down.

Contact my law office today to speak with an experienced Atlanta defense attorney. I’ll take it from here.

A Lawyer’s Lawyer

Attorneys and law firms throughout Atlanta routinely choose my firm for DUI defense, drug charge defense, and other serious criminal charges. When a criminal accusation or charge touches a family member or colleague of a fellow attorney, I take it as an honor and extremely serious duty to provide that person with professional criminal defense. As a "lawyer’s lawyer," Atlanta attorneys put their faith in me. I return that trust by offering my full time and effort, a proactive approach to defense, and the uncompromising client service.
