Elizabeth A. Geoffroy Esq.
Ms. Geoffroy has over twenty-years of experience representing clients throughout the State. She has served as a senior assistant public defender in Fulton County, defending indigent clients charged with felony offenses in Georgia’s busiest judicial circuit. Within her ten years at that office, her responsibilities included representing her clients as well as providing training and supervision to newer attorneys. In private practice she has focused on clients charged with criminal offenses and individuals who have been injured in personal injury cases.
In 2004 Beth joined Ray to provide dedicated and aggressive representation to individuals facing criminal prosecution, and those who have been injured in accidents in the Atlanta area. Beth understands that every case requires thorough and committed service from beginning to end.
Beth’s current practice includes defense of individuals charged with both felony and misdemeanor crimes and representing injured victims in personal injury matters. She has represented clients in all misdemeanor and felony offenses including drug possession, manufacture and sale of drugs, drug trafficking, sex offenses, serious traffic offenses, including D.U.I. and Vehicular Homicide, theft charges, fraud, forgery, domestic violence charges and serious violent felonies such as armed robbery and murder. She fights for clients who have suffered serious injuries in automobile, tractor trailer or boating accidents, including wrongful death, spinal injuries, head injuries, and broken bones.
Beth is experienced in both jury trials and appeals. In her years of private practice, she has represented clients in both criminal and civil cases throughout Georgia. She has tried over 50 jury trials and has argued before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
